Do I have to order online?

Yes – we are an online retailer. If you have large quantities or are a business please Contact Us.

 

Is it safe to order online?

Yes – Buyur is a safe and secure website!

 

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to both UK Mainlands and Offshore. We do not deliver to PO Box and BFPO addresses at the moment.

 

How long do deliveries take?

Standard delivery will be with you within 3 working days* and expedited delivery within 1-2 working days*.

*We cannot guarantee deliveries to outer UK Mainland’s will be delivered within these windows.

 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept both paypal and card payments.

 

How do I use a promotional code?

Once you’ve reached the checkout, enter your promotional code in the ‘Redeem’ box. If the code is valid, your discount will be applies.

Please note, only one promotional code can be used per order.

 

How do I return an item?

If your item is not suitable and you wish to return is please refer to the Returns policy and then the Contact Us page.

 

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

 

How long does it take for a refund?

We aim to process your return and refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item. If you have not been refunded after 21 days, please contact us with the proof of postage information on your post office receipt and we will look into this for you.

 

I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ and enter your email address in the box provided. Once you have submitted this, you will receive an email from us informing you on how to reset your password.

 

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address by logging to your account with your username and password. On your ‘My dashboard’ you can edit your contact details and email address.
